FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is this course for?

This course is for drivers working toward the knowledge portion of a Passenger (P) endorsement. Your CDL class, existing credentials, and intended vehicle determine the rest of your training plan. Contact our team if you need help choosing a course.

What does the $100 price include?

The catalog listing is for Passenger ELDT Theory. Behind-the-wheel training, endorsement testing, and licensing fees are separate. View the catalog listing.

Can I download a completion certificate?

Drive Prodigy provides downloadable certificates of completion for learners. Keep your issued certificate with your training records after completing the course requirements. The certificate shown on this page is an illustrative sample. Course completion does not itself issue a Passenger endorsement or replace the applicable behind-the-wheel training and testing.

Is this the same as School Bus theory?

No. Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) are separate endorsements. This page is for Passenger theory. If you plan to drive a school bus, ask our team which additional training applies to you.

Does theory replace behind-the-wheel training?

No. Drivers subject to Passenger ELDT must complete the applicable theory and behind-the-wheel training before the skills test. Theory and practical training may be provided by different providers listed on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry.

Can we enroll a group of drivers?

Yes. Drive Prodigy supports training management for organizations. Request a demo to discuss your drivers, assignments, reporting, and organizational pricing.
