What if a class is complete but a student didn't achieve a passing score?

1. Navigate to the assigned training event or class
2. Review the student's training record and evaluation results
3. Identify the modules or activities where the student did not meet the minimum passing score
4. Follow your organization's policy for remediation, which may include reassigning training or additional instruction
5. Update the student's training as required and monitor progress until passing criteria are achieved
6. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your Safety Manager or Administrator for guidance
